What your insight looks like
A made-up sample profile. Your real report shows your own values — the steps work the same way. A higher percentile means: this is where attention pays off first.
Strict pacing: stay 20–30 % below your limit, fixed rest windows — never force through exhaustion.
Take infections seriously early, recover generously; have notable values (e.g. iron, vitamin D) checked by your doctor.
Stand up slowly, more fluids and salt (agreed with your doctor), try compression stockings.
Reduce stimuli, one task at a time, deliberately schedule cognitive breaks.

Is this a diagnosis?
No. The report is a research-based account of genetic patterns – not a diagnosis, not a treatment, not a cure. It serves educational and informational purposes and does not replace medical advice.
Do I need a doctor for this?
No. The DNA wellness report is an informational and wellness offering, not a medical examination. If you would like to discuss your results, you can share them with a qualified healthcare professional at any time – on request we prepare them as a clear summary letter.
What happens to my data?
Hosting and processing in Germany (GDPR Art. 9). Lab and analysis work pseudonymously – without your name. The analysis runs as a PrecisionLife appliance on German servers: your genetic data does not leave Germany, PrecisionLife as a company receives no customer data. You can request erasure of your data at any time.
How long does it take?
Your report will be available within 14 days after your sample arrives at the laboratory. Kit delivery and the time you take to return the sample come before this period. Your report and wellness guide are provided in your protected customer account.
From what age is this possible?
The report is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not offer it to minors.
Does this also apply to Austria and Switzerland?
The offering is initially designed for Germany (law, shipping, data processing in DE). For Austria and Switzerland it is in preparation – write to us if you are in AT/CH.
Who is the report for — and who not?
Suitable for adults with Long COVID or ME/CFS who want to make better biological sense of their symptoms. Less suitable if you need acute emergency assessment or expect a certain diagnosis or cure — the report deliberately does not provide that.
What if my result is not pronounced?
An unremarkable pattern does not mean your symptoms are not real. It only means the genetic patterns examined are less prominent for you. Even then the report gives you context for conversations about your wellbeing.
Can I stop before any costs arise?
Yes. The request incurs no costs – we first send you all the information. Only afterwards do you decide whether you really want the report.
